Specifications and Performance Characteristics
High level of wet and dry slip resistance as evaluated by the
Transport Road Research Laboratories Swinging Pendulum.
Microbial Resistance
Anti-Slip Vinyl incorporates a biostat, which resists fungal and bacterial
growth.
Chemical Resistance
Good resistance to everyday substances. Advice is available on
resistance to specific chemicals.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance will improve the appearance and durability
of the floor. It is recommended that vinyl be cleaned with diluted ASD138 after installation. Maintenance
should consist of sweeping and cleaning with diluted ASD138 followed by rinsing. Floor polishes or dressings
should not be used, as these will impair the slip resistance of the product. A detailed maintenance schedule for
all safety vinyl is available.
